Through his patient-centered approach and commitment to helping others move better and recover with confidence, Dr. Talha is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of his patients.
Meet Dr. Talha Patel, a chiropractor passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and get back to doing what they love. His own love for sport and movement eventually grew into a passion for treating injuries and supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.
Dr. Talha studied Social Service Work at George Brown College, Kinesiology at Ontario Tech University and York University, and graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. His diverse educational background allows him to approach his practice in a holistic manner, with his central philosophy focusing on the intricate relationship between mental health and the nervous system, and the influence this connection can have on the healing process. As a mental health advocate, he believes that healing extends beyond the physical. Our mindset, confidence, and relationship with ourselves can have a meaningful influence on how we navigate challenges, recovery, and overall well-being. For Dr. Talha, prioritizing mental health is an essential part of becoming the healthiest and most resilient
version of ourselves.
His experience as a personal trainer, combined with a lifelong passion for hockey, basketball, and staying active, has given Dr. Talha a strong foundation in exercise-based rehabilitation. He integrates his experience into his treatments to help patients restore function, build strength, and perform better.
In practice, Dr. Talha loves showing people that they are often stronger and more capable than they think. Through a personalized approach to chiropractic care, he uses neurofunctional acupuncture, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation to safely challenge and motivate his patients, making sure they feel heard and supported every step of the way.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Dr. Talha playing hockey or basketball, lifting weights, hiking and enjoying nature, spending time with his cat, or searching the GTA for a great fried chicken sandwich.

He is friendly, explained everything thoroughly before begin the session and reminding me as we go along. Treatment room is bright and reasonable clean. I recommend Eric Lee to whoever have back issue. Katlin ATrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Karim is the best physio in the city! From the minute you enter the clinic you are treated with respect and discretion. The staff is professional and attentive. I am a patient of Makayla Latham, an RMT. After the treatment I feel relaxed and revived. Highly recommended. Judy LangmuirTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My first time with Makayla, massage therapist at The Rehab Grid, Toronto, and I was really impressed!! She knows her anatomy, and thus, how to release tight muscles knowledgeably. With this sense of the body, she didn't need to ask if the pressure was too much or little, as she applied just what was necessary for the release. Oh, and Bonus: I loved her music choice! But it all started with a visit to Sabrina, physiotherapist, to work out the issues in my body after fracturing my right talus and pulling ligaments and tendons. My body was compensating all over, and I felt still not back to 100% after 9 months. I am happy to say that walking out of my first session with Sabrina, my gait was another and with less pain. Session two she gave me a short exercise regime. After only a few run-throughs, today dog walk was literally a walk in the park! She's working with my arthritis in my feet as well, and I'm already really pleased with the results. She's also delightful and knows what she's doing. Thanks to the friendly staff at Toronto Rehab Grid, as well!! Robert DeMiglioTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Andrea Purdy & Makayla Latham are fantastic & very knowledgeable massage therapists. I highly recommend them! Omri TayyaraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had been struggling with significant shoulder pain and immobility for the better part of a year, which made it impossible for me to continue powerlifting—a sport I’m passionate about. After just one session with Sabrina, she not only assessed my issues with incredible precision but also performed manual therapy that immediately allowed me to bench press and lift again. I went from barely being able to bench 135 lbs, due to this injury, to comfortably benching 365 lbs pain-free after just two sessions with her. It’s been months now, and I’ve remained completely pain-free. Although Sabrina is relatively new to the profession, she is extremely gifted and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with serious issues or simply in need of a tune-up. Sabrina truly has a rare talent for healing! Thamir BajalanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience at Rehab Grid and Dr. Eric Lee is an awesome person. I would recommend the centre and Dr. Eric because he takes his time to go through all the procedures carefully. Jamie NichollsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
