The Complete Runner Program: Built for Runners Who Want Answers.

A complete running assessment, a personalized report, and a supervised program to fix what’s holding you back — built by physiotherapists who actually run.

The Problem

Most running injuries don’t come from one bad step — they build up from small inefficiencies in mechanics, load, and strength that go unnoticed until an injury suddenly occurs. Generic running advice doesn’t fix individual problems. A proper assessment does.

This is why we built The Rehab Grid’s Complete Runner Program.

How It Works

Treadmill photo

Assessment (75 minutes)

A full breakdown of how you move — strength testing, joint mobility, functional movement screening, and video running analysis on a treadmill. We don't just watch you run — we test live changes to your stride in real time to see what actually helps before we recommend anything.

The Rehab Grid

Your Personalized Report

Within days, you'll get a clear, easy-to-read report covering what we found, what we recommend, and why — no jargon, no 10-page clinical write-up.

The Rehab Grid Leaside

Your Supervised Program

Most runners move into a 1-on-1 program, working directly with your physiotherapist on strength, mobility, and running technique. If you're dealing with an active injury, treatment is built directly into your sessions — acupuncture, manual therapy, and targeted exercise, alongside your performance work.

Carter Lane

MScPT Registered Physiotherapist | Running Assessment Specialist

Carter is a registered physiotherapist who completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. A former varsity track and field athlete at the University of Calgary — where he competed in the triple jump — Carter has had a lifelong passion for running and distance racing. Since becoming a physiotherapist, he has devoted a significant part of his practice to the assessment, treatment, and coaching of runners at every level. The Complete Runner Program is built on that clinical focus — bringing together biomechanical expertise, strength and conditioning principles, and real running experience to help you run better and stay healthy doing it.

Who This Is For

Runners coming back from injury who want a structured, supervised return to running

Runners with recurring injuries that rest and traditional treatment alone haven't resolved

Masters runners managing the realities of an aging body who want to keep running for years to come

Runners who've plateaued and want to understand what's actually limiting their performance

Runners who've seen a physiotherapist before but never had a running-specific assessment and want a real answer for why the problem keeps coming back

Anyone who's been told "just stretch more" and wants an actual answer to why they are always so tight
