A complete running assessment, a personalized report, and a supervised program to fix what’s holding you back — built by physiotherapists who actually run.
Most running injuries don’t come from one bad step — they build up from small inefficiencies in mechanics, load, and strength that go unnoticed until an injury suddenly occurs. Generic running advice doesn’t fix individual problems. A proper assessment does.
This is why we built The Rehab Grid’s Complete Runner Program.

A full breakdown of how you move — strength testing, joint mobility, functional movement screening, and video running analysis on a treadmill. We don't just watch you run — we test live changes to your stride in real time to see what actually helps before we recommend anything.

Within days, you'll get a clear, easy-to-read report covering what we found, what we recommend, and why — no jargon, no 10-page clinical write-up.

Most runners move into a 1-on-1 program, working directly with your physiotherapist on strength, mobility, and running technique. If you're dealing with an active injury, treatment is built directly into your sessions — acupuncture, manual therapy, and targeted exercise, alongside your performance work.
